Congratulations to the winners of the Civic Symphony's very first art contest. The artwork displayed to the left are the creations of our 3 winners. Their artwork was displayed at our November 13th concert.
Each artist listened to the selection Hoedown from "Rodeo" by Aaron Copland. They created the pictures based on what what they saw in their imagination when they listened to the music.
As musicians of the Civic Symphony, this is what we hope all our audience members do when they come to our concerts: allow the music to take you places and inspire you to push your imagination further!
